Submitting music to enarumusic is designed to be straightforward, but following best practices ensures your release goes live without delays. This guide covers everything from preparing your files to final confirmation and distribution.
Step 1: Access the Submission Form
Visit enarumusic.nl and navigate to the Submit Your Music section.
Make sure you are using a modern browser for best performance (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
Step 2: Fill in Your Artist Information
Your artist name: Enter your official artist name exactly as it should appear on streaming platforms.
Your email: Provide a valid email address that you check regularly. This is how we’ll contact you regarding your submission.
Select your country: Choose your country from the dropdown menu to help us manage rights and distribution accurately.
Tips:
Use the same artist name consistently across all releases to avoid royalty split issues.
Double-check your email for typos; a wrong email may prevent us from contacting you.
Step 3: Provide a Track Link
Paste a link to your track from SoundCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, or any streaming platform where we can listen to it.
Make sure the link is accessible and does not require special permissions or passwords.
Tips:
Ensure your track is final and represents the quality you want released.
Label the file or track clearly with your artist name and song title.
Avoid temporary links that might expire before we review your submission.
Step 4: Additional Notes (Optional)
If needed, include any important notes such as collaboration details, explicit content, or sample usage.
Specify if your track is part of an upcoming EP, album, or single campaign.
Step 5: Submission Confirmation
Once all fields are completed, click Submit.
You will receive a confirmation message on the portal and an email acknowledging receipt of your submission.
Our team will review your track and contact you if any additional information or clarifications are needed.
Tips:
Keep a copy of your submission details for your records.
Make sure all collaborators and rights holders are aware of the submission.
Follow up only if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Providing an inaccessible track link or one that requires login credentials.
Using an incorrect or inactive email address.
Typing your artist name inconsistently.
Forgetting to note important details such as explicit content or collaboration credits.
Recommendations
Prepare your track professionally: mixed, mastered, and properly labeled.
Consider including a short bio or background of the track in the notes field for context.
Submit well before your intended release date to allow for review and distribution scheduling.
